Confidential Access: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any credentials and for all activities under your account.

5. Payment Terms and Refund Policy
All fees for consulting, automation development, hosting, or subscription-based Services are non-refundable, unless explicitly stated otherwise in a written agreement.
Payments must be made in accordance with the agreed proposal, invoice, or service contract.
The client is responsible for all costs associated with accessing ArcaFlow Services, including third-party software, API credits, or telephony charges (e.g., Retell AI, OpenAI, Telnyx, Make.com).
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ArcaFlow, its founders, employees, partners, or affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, business interruption, data loss, or service unavailability — arising out of the use or inability to use our Services.
ArcaFlow provides AI and automation solutions “as-is,” and while every effort is made to ensure accuracy and reliability, results may vary depending on third-party systems, data quality, and user implementation.
7. Changes to Terms
ArcaFlow reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Significant updates will be communicated through our website or by direct notice.
Continued use of our Services after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the changes.
8. Third-Party Integrations and Links
Our Services may include integrations or links to external systems and providers (e.g., OpenAI, Make.com, GoHighLevel, Retell AI).
ArcaFlow is not responsible for the functionality, content, or policies of such third parties. The use of those systems is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy (or the jurisdiction of ArcaFlow’s registered office), without regard to conflict-of-law provisions.
Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Genoa, Italy.
